How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Due to an influx of orders, our current processing time is 10 business days. Once processed, shipping times vary based on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.
For custom orders or bulk purchases, processing times may be longer, and we’ll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay, Venmo, ShopPay. Payments are securely processed through our payment gateway to ensure your information is protected.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We specialize in custom and bulk orders for events, corporate gifts, and special occasions. You can customize flavors, packaging, and more.

What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong flavor or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
